PC Telephone :: Residential and Business VoIP Dictionary
PC Telephone does telephony plus fax over Internet. They also mention ISDN but we did not test it. Calls are routed over traditional telephone lines to the person your are calling. That is a key to how faxes and multi-fax broadcasting actually works.
You can call regular phone/fax numbers from your Internet connection if you place your calls through a PC-Telephone gateway. The gateway is connected to high speed head end connections.
